ARK: Survival Evolved is an action-adventure survival video game developed by Studio Wildcard, in collaboration with Instinct Games, Efecto Studios, and Virtual Basement. In the game, players are stranded with plenty of prehistoric animals and they need to survive, all in online multiplayer!

However, the game appears to be impossible to play for some people as the official servers appear to be invisible. When people use the in-game server browser, the list is empty and the Steam server browser displays the “Unable to query server info for invite” message. We have gathered several working solutions for various causes of the error and we hope it would be helpful to users around the world.

What Causes Unable to Query Server Info for Invite When Playing Ark?

There are several major causes for the problem and it can occur either with a popular server you want to join but you receive the error beforehand. The other scenario is to have this error appear on your own server where everyone who tries to join the server receives this unfortunate error. Here are some causes:

Solution 1: Use a Helpful Command

“netsh winsock reset” is a helpful command that you can use in Command Prompt to reset winsock catalog back to default setting or its clean state. You can try this method if you are experiencing the “Unable to query server info for invite” when trying to launch ARK: Survival Evolved.

Solution 2: Auto-Connecting to the Server

This error can also appear to users who used to connect automatically to their favorite server by setting the launch options for the game. However, if the server they used has disappeared or if it has switched to a new IP address, you will need to either remove this launch option or to set it to the new server you want to connect to.

I tried the method of finding servers manually in Steam, but when I connect, it keeps saying,»Unable to query server info for invite» everytime I try joining an official server. I’ve dug through countless forums. tried messing with ports, messing with my router, waited for updates, and done countless other things. I was about ready to give up. and then I happen to see your simpe little solution and I gave it a try. and I’m in.

After a long time i found a fix for this.
In my case i had a server half a year ago and it was still installed and had mods on it. i returned to it today and couldn’t find it in the server list, it was in the steam server browser but came with the error «unable to query server info for invite» to fix this install ark open it once to load the mods. after that follow these steps
1. Open your ark mods folder. mines placed here «E:arkserverShooterGameContentMods»
2. Delete all the mods (will be replaced soon)
3. copy all your mods from your games folder «E:SteamLibrarySteamAppscommonARKShooterGameContentMods»
4. make sure the mods are in your servers gameusersettings found here: «E:arkserverShooterGameSavedConfigWindowsServer»

5. now it should be on the server list and joinable.

IF this dosent work. then it can be one of these issues:
Your game version thats not up to date
Your servers version that isnt up to date
Your routers ports arent open or your ip has changed
Your firewall is blocking the ports
your game data is corrupted and has files missing.

I hope this solves it for anyone in the future

Question: Q: How to open Torq in Maverick?

I need help. I just updated my ios to Maverick x. I can’t open my Torq M-Audio. It gives me an error «unable to open ReWire Subsystem. I downloaded Rewire 1.7 pkg but still the error persists. Can somebody help me out with this?

does your Torq M-Audio and ReWire Subsystem support Mavericks? (Did you check before installing Mavericks?)

Unfortunately, Torq is not supported under Mavericks. InMusic Brands took over Avid’s DJ Software division, and they are no longer supporting or updating the M-Audio Torq (and other) software. Mine also stopped working when I went from Mountain Lion to Mavericks.

It’s quite a shame, really.

It’s possible that someone may find a way to make it work in the future, but it looks like for now we’re out of luck.

Hello everybody!! My copy of TORQ latest version does work on Mavericks 10.9.1!

i don’t know how it’s possible. i explain my story.

I had Torq (latest version) installed on my MacBook Pro 13″ Mid2009 with Mountain Lion and everything was working fine. i back upped everything with time machine on an external hard drive because i wanted to buy a new MacBook Air Mid2013.

i bought my new MacBook Air 2 days ago. it came out with Mavericks already installed on it. after i turned it on i reinstalled all my stuff from my old matchbook pro backup. so now i have all the applications and stuff on my new Mac, included Torq, that is actually running on Mavericks. don’t know why. but maybe someone with this information can came out with a patch to make this possible for all.

I also updated to OS X Mavericks. When I tried to use my Xponent with Torq DJ Software it would not work. I then used time machine to restore a backup. When using time machine it also restores the operating system. If you purchased a new mac with OS X Mavericks installed, then used time machine to restore your old applications, then you may have also have reverted to your old OS and no longer running OS X Mavericks. Torq does not have an update for OS X Mavericks, before updating, I would recommend time machine backup in case any of your important applications are not compatable. I will not upgrade until Torq is supported on OS X Mavericks. (Currently using Snow Leopard 10.6.8)

I faced same problem and found that ReWire is tool from company Propellerheads. Tool it-self can be downloaded separately (don’t go this way, I was unable to successfully install it on OSX 10.9) or as a part of product «Reason». I solved the problem by installing product «Propellerheads Reason Essentials» (it’s located here: http://www.propellerheads.se/download/reason-essentials/), which seems to contains ReWire. After that I uninstalled Torq with mackeeper (but you can user CleanMyMac or remove it manually, it’s up to you) and installed latest version again (as far as I know it is v2.0.3) . Finally I was able to sucessfully start and user Torq. Hope this will help rest of community around M-Audio Torq which was indeed quite good product leave further on latest OSX version.

PS: Don’t forget to install latest M-Audio driver (In my case it was Conectiv_OSX_1_8_0.dmg)

Всем здравствуйте!
Столкунлся с проблемой, которую никак не получается решить. Помогите, плиз!
Пользуюсь программой Samplitude Music Studio 14. Эта прога установлена на двух компах с разным железом. На одном компе звуковая карта Creative SBLive! 5.1, а на другом — какая-то стандартная встроенная.
Но проблема и там, и там одинаковая. Для того, чтобы работать с Addictive Drums, установил ASIO4ALL драйвер. В настройках Sampitude выбрал ASIO4All.
. И тут начались танцы с бубном! Потому как Samplitude ВООБЩЕ отказался любые аудио-дорожки воспроизводить, а Addictive Drums открывается, но молчит. Когда включаю не ASIO, а WDM — то все работает (ну кроме VST, конечно). При включенном ASIO я переключал все возможные настройки «Monitoring/Engine Mode» и «Monitoring Behaviour». Но Samplitude все равно молчит как партизан.

Очень рассчитываю на помощь!

В настройках ASIO крестиков не было. Другие программы, занимающие аудио интерфейсы запущены не были.

Сегодня утром попробовал еще по-разбираться с этим всем на работе(тут у меня звуковуха встроенна, Realteck AC’97). Загрузил Samplitude, в настройках выбрал ASIO — и все аудио-дорожки сразу зазвучали! Я вообще не понял, почему они до этого просто отказывались звучать.
В общем, на этой волне решил запустить Addictive Drums — но тут была полная тишина. Как и раньше. Ладно думаю. На midi-трэке включил играть через Addictive Drums. Выбрал дорожку в режим SOLO, чтобы звучала только она — из колонок тишина. Отключил режим SOLO — заиграли все остальные дорожки(эта у меня еще и замутирована была).
НО! Потом, когда я снова включил режим SOLO на midi-дорожке, О ЧУДО, зазвучал Addictive Drums!
В общем, я снова ничего не понял!
Потом, когда я открыл само окно Addictive Drums, все барабаны при нажатии звучали как нужно.

Может я в прошлый раз, когда поставил ASIO4ALL, просто не перезагрузил комп, чтобы все корректно подхватилось системой?
Сегодня вечером еще попробую дома сделать все так же действия. Завтра отпишусь.

Sam al conectar Rewire error!

Estoy probando Sam, y la verdad que engancha me gusta, adentrandome mas y ahciendo mas pruebas, me he ido con la Y a configuracion y dentro de las opciones active el rewire, pero al cerrar no hay manera me salta el mensaje unable to open rewire subsystem error 100, a alguien le ha pasado ya que quiero utilizar reason bajo Sam,

Pensad que a el le va con una version 15 e inferior como it’s poseibol?

Music studio y Samplitude no tienen nada que ver entre ellos.

Tu si estas usando la version demo 12.0.0, ya han salido 2 updates y debe de estar apunto de salir el tercero, y es posible que ya este corregido..

Yo no uso Reasón para poder comprobarlo.

Evidentemente la versión en español.

¿ Reason tiene versión demo para poder probar este problema que me comentas ?

la ultima no la probe, porque trabajo con una version anterior pero es extraño este bug, en cubase me lo abre por rewire sin problemas.

nassi a que te refieres con que no son los mismos updates? claro que son los mismos updates, el programa es el mismo, no hay «version española» y «version inglesa» el programa esta en diferentes idiomas, cada quien usa el que quiere, pero el programa es el mismo asi que los updates disponibles para un idioma son los mismos para otro.

Yo uso Reason con Samplitude Pro X y funciona, he tenido uno que otro detalle, como que por ejemplo a veces no se por que, derepente ya no puedo iniciar y detener la reproduccion de un tema desde Reason, lo tengo que hacer desde Samplitude, lo cual es raro pues debe funcionar desde los 2 ya que estan sincronizados, y normalmente funciona, pero a veces no se que pasa que deja de funcionar, todo sigue funcionando bien, unicamente que si yo le doy play a Reason o stop, no pasa nada, no hace caso, tengo que hacerlo desde Sam, y la verdad no se como solucionarlo, pero de ahi en mas nunca he tenido ningun problema incluso ahora me funciona mejor el Rewire que con la version anterior de Sam, la 11.

BUenas Angel, en la version española el ultimo update que tenemos, es el 12.0.2.104, y curiosamente en la version en ingles el ultimo es el 12.0.2.119, la numeracion no cuadra, quizas a la hora de hacer update dependiendo del idioma tienen un control poniendo una numeracion u otra, no lo se la verdad, es raro si.
Referente a lo del Rewire que suerte no se como te funciona, que pasos seguiste para activarlo, no sea que haya alguno mas que no haya hecho?
Por lo que entiendo que comentas de poder manipular Reason por Reawire cuando Sam lo tiene de esclavo, el play y todas las funciones de Sam siempre mandaran como maestro a Reason, ya que Reason esta como esclavo, siempre mandara Sam, no se si querias decir eso o lo entendi mal.

Que tal nassi, tal vez me equivoque, pero el update 12.0.2.119 segun yo todavia no es oficial si no que es una beta que se puede probar, tal vez por eso.

Sobre Reason realmente lo unico que hice fue activar la casilla de ReWire en las opciones de Sam como tu lo hiciste, y ya me aparece en la lista de dispositivos Rewire y lo selecciono y es todo.

Y lo otro que comente sobre el Play y Stop, pues si tienes razon, Sam es el que manda y Reason es esclavo, pero igual estan sincronizados, y normalmente si estas haciendo algo en Reason y tienes la ventana de Reason al frente y le das Play o Stop (normalmente con la barra espaciadora) debe funcionar sin problemas, y de hecho normalmente lo hace, sin importar que ventana este al frente, la de Sam o la de Reason, la funcion Play y Stop con la barra espaciadora debe funcionar, sin embargo a veces no se que pasa (algo he de hacer sin darme cuenta) que deja de funcionar el Play y Stop si tengo la ventana de Reason al frente y aun si tomo el mouse y le doy click al boton de Play y Stop en Reason, no pasa nada, no me hace caso, y no deberia ser asi.

Espero haberme dado a entender, pero la funcion Play y Stop algo tan basico, debe funcionar desde Reason tambien, tampoco es un problema grave, pero si es raro que normalmente funcione, y de repente en algun proyecto deje de funcionar sin razon aparente.
