Sis error your request cannot be processed

SIS-ERROR Your request cannot be processed.

Hello Folks,
I’m getting an Error from CAT SIS and I don’t know the source of the problem, have anybody experienced this?

Your problem is Internet Explorer.

Reset Internet Explorer to its factory settings. Then set all setting to minimum security. If you are using Internet Explorer 11, add the link to Compatibility View.

Overview of the issue

After my project generation, and without any local change, I started my application.
When I try to access http://localhost:8080/ I get an error screen :
«Your request cannot be processed»
Sorry, an error has occurred.

Status: Not Found (Not Found)
Message: Not Found
