Stream write error openiv

Something in OpenIV seems to be severely corrupting my data.

Upon opening a .ymap today, suddenly OpenIV crashes horribly, for no discernable reason (See log in ‘Additional Information’ below).

The .ymap itself appears corrupted too. OpenIV remains corrupting its reads, it seems. Like my copied ymap contained something like:

I checked the obvious, of course (memory, hard disk), but those appear fine. It would seem some pointers have become severely misaligned (permanently, it would seem).

The spurious nature of this bug makes it hard to reproduce. I can add dozens of entries, and it will open just fine. Or remove a few, and OpenIV will crash horribly again. I tried using another ymap as a template (emptying it, and copying my desired text in it); alas, to no avail: still crashing.

Anyone else seen this?!

Clue of solution cause onedrive sync

My liste of connexion is in .ini file localized in personnal folder sync with onedrive.
when i put this file out of ondrive sync connection working well.
so I suppose than fils was loock by ondrive.
système info: win10 release 1903 up to date.
I have see same probleme quickly in winscp forum about dropbox.

I have found why INI files with personal config saved in my documents not work.
In question Windows 10 Ransomware Protection !! will be activated in my professional computer.
This option is activated by my company by error last week.

So disable this option or parameter well WinScp and putty allow app.
Resolved for me.

Recently ive started getting back into LSPDFR, after getting all my scripts working, callouts, StopThePed, stuff like that, I wanted to install EUP. I download EUP, I go to openIV, click the installer thingy, select the .oiv EUP file, the installer window pops up, i press install, 20 seconds later it blue screens, the installer window, not my PC. It said ‘Steam Write Error’, I say ok whatever, We’ll try again. Nope, after that error, OpenIV refuses to start up, I get error CVF-001 and it says I need to reinstall OpenIV. I reinstall it, same thing happens. Again, I need to reinstall, So I do. I try redownloading EUP, same thing happens. Yet another reinstall. I wake up the next day and I try installing EUP again, IT WORKS! it says installation successful, WHOO! So I start my game up, and it says insufficient permissions etc, And I remembered I changed the name of the GTA V to directory to differentiate it from my Vanilla game, so I rename that, game starts up fine, scripts load fine, but EUP doesnt work. I try ReloadAllPlugins in the console, hmm, doesnt work. I tried loading EUP as a separate plugin, but it doesnt show up, weird. I close the game, check RageHook settings, and EUP isnt even listed as a plugin. So I think it might have something to do with the directory rename thing, and again I try reinstalling EUP, same thing. Blue Screen, steam write error, OpenIV closes, does not want to start back up, and as im reinstalling right now, it says reinstallation failed. What the fuck.

Something in OpenIV seems to be severely corrupting my data.

Upon opening a .ymap today, suddenly OpenIV crashes horribly, for no discernable reason (See log in ‘Additional Information’ below).

The .ymap itself appears corrupted too. OpenIV remains corrupting its reads, it seems. Like my copied ymap contained something like:

  <numChildren value=ue=ue="0" />

Or

 < < <lodDist value="500.00000000" />

I checked the obvious, of course (memory, hard disk), but those appear fine. It would seem some pointers have become severely misaligned (permanently, it would seem).

The spurious nature of this bug makes it hard to reproduce. I can add dozens of entries, and it will open just fine. Or remove a few, and OpenIV will crash horribly again. I tried using another ymap as a template (emptying it, and copying my desired text in it); alas, to no avail: still crashing.

Anyone else seen this?!
