What is error 108?
I can’t get into the game after the recent patch with the error 108.
What is the error and how to solve it?

Me as well. So far I’ve only managed to be ingame for 1 minutes..then the game kicked me out with unknown error. Now I’m being faced with error 200s and 108s… and the game won’t let me in.. Only happened today.

I am in the same boat for the last 30 minutes this is ridiculous. Was getting severe lag (1-2 seconds) then logged off to restart PC and now this!
Error 108.
I rebooted modem. Error 303. Now error 201..then 108 again wtf.
I was very patient up until this point..I guess it has something to do with a ridiculous response to my bank slot missing issue where I was told nothing will be reimbursed in regards to items lost.

I’m having the same issues with error 200 and an «unknown error» booting me as soon as I do get in.

Aussie here with the same issue. I’m also getting error 200 & 201.
Occasionally I can get in but the lag is so bad I can’t do anything and then I get kicked back out of the game with another error code.
It started with gradual increasing lag before the disconnect.

no as I said earlier i live in NA with the same issue mine seems to be a lot worse though i haven’t logged in for 48 hours straight other than 30mins before the server went down for maintenance

It starts as 108, but once you get in then get booted you will receive a range of error codes after.
108 was an error code usually received in Beta. In researching it leads me to understand it is when too many people are trying to login at the same time.

I had that, but I restarted the client, then it gave me this now. And for the 2 or so minutes I managed to get in ingame, it was so laggy, I couldn’t even talk to NPCs. I knew I was going to get kicked sooner or later.

- How to Solve ESO Login Error? Here Are Some Fixes

In June 2021, it will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S if everything goes well.
The game is quite popular among game lovers. However, some of them reported that they encounter ESO login error while trying to play the game on Windows PC. They received different error messages, such as:
- An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service at help.elderscrollsonline.com
- ESO error 108 login failed
- ESO error 200 login failed
- ESO error 201 login failed
The issue could be caused by various factors. In the following contents, you can get some solutions. Please try them one by one until the error disappears.
Tip: Before you try the following fixes, you can shut down your computer, unplug the Ethernet cable, wait for a few minutes, and then turn on your computer after connecting the Ethernet cable. Sometimes it can help solve simple errors.
Fix 1: Change the Steam Server
If you encounter ESO login error on PC while launching the game from Steam, it might happen due to server issues. By default, Steam uses the server that is nearest to your location. If the server doesn’t work properly, you can try changing to another server to solve the problem. Here are the detailed steps.
Step 1: In Steam, click Steam > Settings.
Step 2: In the left pane, select Downloads. In the right pane, find the Download Region section and replace your current server with another one.
Tip: To avoid excessive lag, you’d better select a server from your neighbor country.
Step 3: Click OK to save the changes you have made.
Then you can check if you are able to play the game without the ESO login error. If the problem still exists, you should move on to the next solution.
Fix 2: Try Another Launcher
If you receive the ESO login error again, you might need to try running the game by launching its executable file.
You just need to press Win + E to open File Explorer and find the executable file which is located in the installation folder of ESO. Fix 3: Flush DNS
The ESO login error on PC could also happen due to network issues. To solve the problem, you can try flushing DNS, and here is the step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Press Win + R to open the Run window. Then type cmd in the box and press Shift + Ctrl + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator.
Step 2: Input the following commands and press Enter after each.
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /registerdns
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- netsh winsock reset
Then reboot your computer and check if the ESO login error has been fixes.

Hello guys, I buy this game, download it, the launcher seems ok, but when I put userid and password, it tries to connect and appears error 108. When I try again, appears errors 201 and 200. I tried to fix all things with firewall and ports, and antivirus, make exceptions and all, tried contact support from Bethesda, open the direct from .exe file, but nothing helps. I played it on beta, and used the same account when I bought it. If anybody knows how to fix this, please, let me know. thx

или так вот еще: работаешь возле компа, фармишь дольменчик по кд и тут тебя выкидывает, заходишь — уже вынесли все, ждешь — опять выкидывает, заходишь — опять вынесли и по кругу ) норм же

102 – Realm Reservation timed out
Появляется при проблемах с патчем. Ошибка решается после перезагрузки игры (лаунчера).
103 – Failed to obtain server connection information.
Сервер на данный момент не работает. Пожалуйста, попробуйте зайти во время активной сессии.
Эта ошибка также может возникнуть, если ваш UserID содержит специальные (не алфавитно-цифровые) символы. Если вы уже выбрали UserID со специальными символами, то пожалуйста, свяжитесь с нашей техподдержкой для смены UserID.
104 – Server Full
На текущий момент, сервер переполнен. Пожалуйста, попробуйте зайти в игру позже.
200 – Authentication Timeout
Служба проверки подлинности не ответила на запрос, возможно она находится в автономном режиме.
201 – Authentication Failed

202 – Login Queue Cancel Timeout

You have problems 90% of the time when you start the game or you started the game when it was on 90% ?
Try to close both stem and the game a few times and see if that fixes it you might also do a reboot of your computer after see if it works.
If not try the repair option of the eso launcher and then do a reboot but I warn you don’t do the repair option via the steam verification of files option or you redownload the game.

- Проверьте, не появилась ли ошибка ESO 200 после перезапуска клиента.
