Hi! When I open Guitar Rig 5 in fl studio 12 I get «The Fruity Wrapper has caused a critical error while loading its state» Everything was working without any problems for many years, and suddenly, it happened to me. I didn’t change anything on my pc. I use windows 10

Maybe try an error scan to see what’s wrong?
Open ‘Options > File Settings’.
Select ‘Plugin Manager’ and select the following options: ‘Rescan previously verified plugins’
‘Rescan plugins with errors’ ‘Verify plugins’
Start scan.

No, not for me. But there is a solution. It works for some people, you should try too. If you have Nvidia card, go to nvidia control panel, (left click on your desktop) in «Preffered graphics processor» change to «Integrated graphics»

I know you did a rescan but did you do a “deep” scan? The regular scan didn’t help me either but the deep scan did. I did a deep scan from the options > file settings > plug-ins section. I had to select deep scan though in order for it to rescan and sort of reset the plugin that had crashed. I say sort of because it scanned a new 64 bit version of it but I opened the 64 bit version and it worked. I still have to figure out how to link my plugin presets to the new version of the plugin, because if I try to load the presets on the new plugin, it’s like it’s pulling them from the old version so it turns the plugin into the corrupted version. I’ll see if there’s a way around this.

Fruity wrapper crashing really fucked up all my projects if anyone finds a way to fix this PLEASE let me know

suffered the same problem finally fixed it today by deleting the fruity wrapper generator, located in fl studio folder > plugins >fruity generator> fruity wrapper. dont delete it completely as you still need it? i just cut the folder, rebooted FL and opened the project. it worked and then i pasted back fruity wrapper back into the folder. and in my case opening the 32 bit version also seemed to solve the problem so I hope this helps you too

FRUITY WRAPPER PLUGIN HAS CAUSED A CRITICAL ERROR
I’m sure it’s not the first time you’ve had issues with the wrapper but I’ve recently upgraded from FL11 to FL12 and I’m getting the above error while trying to load Broomstick Bass.
— I’m running the 32bit FL launcher on Windows 10.
— I’ve checked the forums on similar issues with no solutions.
— The plugin is 32bit and as up to date as it can be.
— It doesn’t load as an instrument or effect.
— I can open it fine in FL11 and Reaper running along side FL12.
— Same issue in both 32 and 64bit FL launchers.
— Changing the bridged state makes no difference.
I had issues with the wrapper with other plugins at one point in FL11 and from memory, you guys released a separate wrapper to download and that seemed to cause more issues.
Either way, you have a great piece of software which I’ve used from version 1! I’m sure it’s a wrapper based problem and any advice on the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Fruity Wrapper Plugin critical error + Kontakt 3
The Fruity Wrapper plugin has caused a critical error while loading its state.
Then, when I close the project, FL Crashes and it’s process keeps doing nothing at the background of Windows and I have to restart.
This happens with Kontakt 3
The Fruity Wrapper is the version 1.8.1.30
Other projects work fine, but this one happened just a moment to another and stopped working properly and is not willing to load.
I already reinstalled the NI thing and rebuilt the database and all of that.
The Trash Bin didn’t record any info about the project.
I’m using the 3gb version of FL.
I already tried checking the folders and Already tried to Reset the FL things with the option in the Advanced folder and etc.
Also tried to disable the multicpu support and didnt work.
When the error initially happens and I hit ESC, the scores and almost all the Fxs work, but the Channels don’t.. whenever I try to add another Instance, it stops working and gives me an DLL error that i took a picture of.
Ideas ?

How can I fix the file if that’s the problem
Could it be the windows ? (Vista Business 64)
