to make it short — Prosibean -Prosiben account can be made to play PS2. If ure from EU and creating acc via thier site you gonna end up with Prosieben. Steam i belive connects with SOE acc.
I belive PS2 is the only game with actually two login options — SOE/Steam one and Prosiben — EU/DE operator. And whats best — these two are not compatible in the way you think they are.
And still both connecting to same game servers. If you looking for anwser how to make easy things complicated — especially for enduser — ask soe/pro7 they are masters in this…

Deleted default folder in Planetside2 install folder ->launcher etc.
Logged using wrong acc name — get error — logged with correct one — im in game atm.Or maybe they just fixed it

I have both accounts, I post on this forums with SOE account and login in Planetside 2 with prosieben account. Both accounts have the same name though.

actually, it seems to have solved itself… i didn’t delete anything, and was able to login…. probably some problem with the login server, maybe not releted to prosieban… i was asking, ‘couse usually is a prosieban problem more than an SOE one…

Problem NOT solved. This is a recurring problem that comes and goes at its own choosing. Deleting default folder does nothing.
edit: Tired of regularity of this nonsense. Trying to log in for half an hour now. Canceling my membership if this isn’t fixed in the next ten minutes. -
The reason you are getting this is because the login server or proxy server 64.37.171.24 is actually located in the US, reaching loss of 50% and pings as high as 1000 and 250-500 avarage.
The laucher doesnt even connect to any of the EU servers during loging in.
So next time you have this problem try to use http://winmtr.net/ and ping the server.
The laucher has no time tolarance that it takes longer to connect to the US.Executable: LaunchPad.exe

That’s all well and good but it only tells us what the problem is, not how to resolve the problem. I mean no disrespect but I think I speak for most people when I say I really couldn’t give a Monkey’s Uncle what the problem is, I simply want to log in and play. So how do we log in and play?

Ive noticed that if I spam Play and close the error I eventually can connect pretty quickly.
But you need to be auto logged in/remembered otherwise its hard to spam login where you have to enter the credentials every time.
When you hit play the remembered stored credentials get sent for a authentication, its same as login the only difference is you dont have to type anything.
Its stupid but its the best you can do right now.

There was an error completing your request please try again planetside 2
Done all I could (except a ticket as I see this has been going one for years and people not getting tickets answered lately) to play some PS2 but get this everytime now. Is it something to do with having 2FA on the account? Size of the password? Planets in a certain position? Type of weather at that moment? Why hasn’t this issue been fixed for a long time now? Seen a post as far back as 2013 with the same problem.
I did the change password thing and that works for about a week then right back to this «error». Tried different lengths of passwords. Same issue happens later. Only thing I didn’t do was remove the 2FA. Mainly because I am not sure I can use the same fob again for 2FA and like the extra security.
I have 2 gaming system. The main PC has a i5-6500, GTX 970, 16 Gb RAM, with win 10. In this pc, the game run perfectry fine.
I had a weaker, 2nd PC system, with i5-4440, GTX 760, 8 GB RAM, win 10. But with this PC won’t start the game, and got the «There was an error completing your request. Please try again.» error message.
Both of them reinstalled recently (I mean the OS), checked steam files, but the 2nd PC won’t start the game. The 2nd PC verify allways got 17 error, and repair it, but if I would like to start the game, the game close, and I need to start again, and I can’t log in. I tried verify the files the first fresh start, and the steam find again that 17 error.
I logged in the Teamviewer, and used the files transfer option, and I copied and overwrite the whole 1st PC’s PS2 map to the the 2nd PC’s PS2 map. And it is worked, I can login the PS 2 in the 2nd PC.
I don’t try it, what happening, If I try to verify the files now on the 2nd PC.
So, the first succesful start from the 2nd PC, I used the exe file from the main map, the Launchpad.exe. With this, it worked. But when I wanted to start from the Steam Library, the game closed again, I need to start again. In this case, i can log in, but if I verify with the steam, it find that 17 error again. I verify the game files in the launcher, in the «Advanced Tools».
So in short, You need a 2nd PC or a good friend, who has installed the game, and worked perfect in her/his rig. And copy and overwrite all files. Before that, Maybe log in with your account, and check the «remember the password», and after copy all files.

Is the G29 known to be a HWID ban? The launchpad gives me this error on login as well «There was an error completing your request. Please try again.». I have been looking around online and some people think G29 is a hardware ban but a lot of people get this as a normal issue without being HWID banned. It’s usually just a normal game crash. What do you think? HWID banned or not? Next question, is there a way around this other than replacing hardware? I have tried MAC address spoofing and spoofing the serial number, maybe it’s the software i’m using to do it that’s making it not work, not sure. Any ideas? |

They may have also implemented a system were you get disconnected after around 3 without any cheats running, to fix this you need to reset your PC. I think it’s something to do with tracking files, however not sure and I don’t know what they are. The hardware bans are based on HDD/SSD serial number and (sometimes, depending on how much you were cheating) NIC serial number. Change your hardware NIC and/or HDD (in your VM software) and that should be enough to get a new unique HWID. Quote:

So, the python script isn’t enough to trick BE, it changes the «NetworkAddress» registry data but doesn’t change physical mac address and every time I restart my PC and run the game I still get the G29 error and my account is basically banned straight after. The VM trick could work but my CPU doesn’t support VT-d which allows GPU passthrough and i’d rather not play on 2fps. I can’t compile https://github.com/btbd/hwid because for some unknown reason the headers are giving me some shit with a load of undefined variables and expected semicolons. Tried using VS19, should I be using VS14? I know that I need a Ring0 spoofer but it’s just finding one and compiling one that actually works with BE that’s the issue Little stuck now, I’ve been trying for days to get back into the game and it feels like I am running out of options here.. @majorupdates69 you seem to really know your stuff, any chance we could talk in PM on how you manage to get back into the game so easily? |

Okay so i have some good news here, i was able to bypass the HWID using a variety of things and i bundled some tools together so i can bypass the HWID ban in a single run of my script. So, the python script helped me figure out how to do it as well as some research and asking questions to you guys in pm. Thanks so much for your help with this, i owe you all |

У меня такая проблема:

Для тех у кого проблема с AMD:
после запуска игры открываете диспетчер задач,находите процесс с игрой,
жмякаете по нему правой кнопкой, выбираете «задать соответствие» и убираете галочки со всего ,кроме CPU 0,закрываете,играете.

я поиграл игру и мне понравился и в следующий день вышла окошка и удалилась некоторые файлы я чета не врубился.Когда я нажал на ярлык то оно сообщил что игра было удалено как думаете это из за АНТИВИРУСА у меня КАСПИРСКИЙ 2012потом заново скачал обновления загружается, и это меня бесит если кто знает причину удаления или как снова поиграть в эту игру.

Народ! При запуске вылетает ошибка

Такая проблема. Запуская Лаунчер он загружаеться, а потом тупо появляеться черный экран в окне лаунчера и виснет, первый раз столкнулся с такой проблемой, помогите плииз! В диспетчере смотрел процесс работает нормально но откуда тогда взялось чёрное окно в лаунчере! В чём может быть проблема? Игру скачал через стим лицензия. Пару дней поиграл и вот такая фигня вышла. При этом время пропадает я купил доп контент зелёного фонаря а хрен поиграеш! Игру запускаю через стим .

Скачал игру в стиме, при попытке нажать на play ничего не происходит кроме того что кнопка play меняется на plaing . Весь инет перерыл ничего не помогло

тем у кого лаунчпад висит с табличкой SOE.Лаунчпад заточен под IE соответственно если стоят другие браузеры их в ТОПКУ или сделеть IE основным и в нём обновить flash. Если эти танцы с бубном не помогли то только снос винды!!!! Т.к. в реестре остались какие то файлы блокирующие запуск лаунчера у меня это были файлы Daemon Tools!!!!

у меня проблема такая. При запуске лаунчера (не игры!!!) выдаёт ошибку, якобы нет интернета, хотя все работает отлично пробовал перезагружать комп, роутер не помогло!!!

Здравствуйте, у меня проблема с лаунчером LAN Games. Я не могу заходить на русские сервера только сервера других регионов. Дело в том что при заходе на русский сервер пишет что server is offline, please try again later. Что делать? Я всё перепробовал.

Помогите, при заходе в DayZ SA Launcher пишет Error There was a problem with downloading the server list: отменена задача. Это началось после того как я что-то удалил из папки с лаунчером, из корзины можно восстановить, но я не знаю куда закидывать эти файлы, прошу помощи!!!!

Что делать если просто не запускается игра?Захожу в лаунчер,нажимаю play он минуту стоит,пропадает,делая иллюзию того что сейчас запуститься,но дальше ничего не происходит.Через диспетчер чекал,после play появляется процесс игры,но сразу же завершается.К слову через офф сайт качал.
