I am new to react-native development. I was trying a simple react-native project from Facebook git hub. I have followed all the steps but when I try to run the project by typing
react-native run-android
it simply shows me following error:

Turns out I had a problem with my Java. I uninstall JDK and JRE and reinstall the latest version and it worked out for me.

Try these once :
1.reopen android studio as admin. build the gradle. if no issue, proceed on
access the android folder of your app. i.e c:folderappandroid
2.type in gradlew clean
3.run react-native run-android
Hope it helps

If you’re using the latest version of Java Development Kit, you’ll need to change the Gradle version of your project so it can recognize the JDK. You can do that by going to {project root folder}androidgradlewrappergradle-wrapper.properties and changing the distributionUrl value to upgrade the Gradle version. You can check out here the lastest releases of Gradle

Hello. I’m writing this for some help. Today, I just bought minecraft premium. I downloaded launcher, logged in, created skin and then, I clicked button play. Everything was downloading, and after that, when Minecraft was launching, I got bunch of warnings like «Warning: No leading (next one is Missing VM type) — On line 1 of `C:Program Files (x86)Minecraftruntimejre-x641.8.0_51libamd64jvm.cfg'» And last one is «Error: no known VMs. (check for corrupt jvm.cfg file)». I really need help. Thanks.

Your using a snapshot. Try a release version, or report this directly to Mojang’s Bug Report website.

Ignore majestyc, that is a Java problem not a MC problem. Update your java version/reinstall and set the Java location (in the profile after toggling on «Advanced settings»). You should have Java 8 version 201. Download: https://www.java.com/en/download/win10.jsp
